Items provided by Frida & Florence remain the property of the company until paid for in full by the customer.  Your order will be dispatched only once we have received payment in full for your jewelry. Once received, you will receive a notification email to the address you provide at checkout with details of your order and parcel tracking.  

All Frida and Florence goods have a warranty of two years. Loss and theft of jewelry is not covered by the warranty. In the case of loss or theft, we advise contacting your home insurance to make a claim. We are happy to assist by providing you with proof of purchase, which you may need to make any claim. Cancellation by you  

We are happy to cancel or amend your order within one hour of payment. To request order cancellation or amendment, please contact our customer service team: info@fridaandflorence.com

Cancellation by Frida & Florence  

We retain the right to cancel any purchase contract between us and the customer if:  

- the item of jewelry you have purchased is out of stock; or 

- a typing error listed any of your purchased pieces at an incorrect price.  

If we need to cancel your order, we will let you know via email and return the full amount Frida & Florence deducted from your account as soon as possible –  within five working days of payment at the latest. We are not obliged to offer compensation for any negative impacts caused by cancelling your order.



Jewelry prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling, also the currency in which you will be invoiced. All jewelry orders are subject to product availability and charged at the prices shown on our Website at the time of purchase.  



We accept all major payment methods, including Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. 



Returning jewelry 

We understand that jewelry try-outs can take a while. To give you plenty of time to decide, all full priced jewelry orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase. SALE or Discounted item(s) cannot be refunded but can be exchanged.

All refunds will be processed to the payment card and with the same method originally used to place the order. Please note when returning your order that we do not refund shipping costs for the original delivery or return to us. Please ensure you attach the postage label we provide you via email.  

We do not take responsibility for any loss or damage of the jewelry during transit. Any jewelry we receive after the 30 day returns period will only be refunded at the discretion of Frida & Florence.  

Items that can be returned 

We accept returns on all our full priced items of jewelry. SALE or Discounted item(s) cannot be refunded but can be exchanged. We will only refund jewelry that is unworn and in its original packaging. Any jewelry showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer/during transit will be returned to you and you will not be refunded, so please make sure to package all jewelry securely before sending back to us.

We endeavour to respond to your complaint within 7 working days, and to resolve it within 21 working days.  

Errors to invoices, receipts or payments 

Any mistakes in invoices, receipts or payments will be solved as quickly as possible, within 5 working days at the latest of agreement. 


Claims for jewelry that arrives faulty, damaged or broken must be reported upon receipt of the order. This will not affect your statutory rights. All claims must be made directly through the Frida & Florence customer service team: info@fridaandflorence.com

Claims in the above circumstance must be made within 48hrs of delivery. 

We do not proceed with any claims not meeting the above conditions.  

Any goods ordered in error must be returned using the standard returns process, available in full on our Shipping page.  

Frida & Florence does not accept any responsibility for damage or losses caused by incorrect handling by the consumer. 



For items purchased on sale, Frida & Florence reserves the right to set and change the price of jewelry to be lower than previously listed. If a piece of jewelry you purchased at full price goes on sale, you are not entitled to a refund of the difference between the original and new price.

  4. Returns are accepted for different ring sizes, incorrect, or damaged items within 30 days (local orders) upon item receipt.
  5. The request for more jewelry boxes is unacceptable. Please purchase additional boxes online.
  6. Combining promotions is not allowed unless expressly stated otherwise (e.g., First order discounts, and other e-vouchers).
  7. SALE items & FREE ITEM(s) are limited in quantity and available on a first-come-first-served basis.
  8. In case the order value is lower than the stated offer value after return or exchange, the free gift and its original package have to be returned along with the product(s).
  9. In case of any dispute, Frida & Florence reserves the rights to final and conclusive decision.



All goods sold by Frida & Florence meet statutory requirements. Frida & Florence does not accept responsibility for goods that are subject to handling and repacking by the customer, such as in the case of a return. 

Please note that colours and textures of the jewelry may vary from the photographs, as each piece is unique and handcrafted from precious metals and lab-grown diamonds. Minor variations in specifications and sizes can occur.



Due to screen display, the appearance and sizes of jewelry may vary when viewing on different devices. It is important to note that rings may appear smaller or larger depending on the model and your chosen ring size. We make every effort to show jewelry colours as accurately as possible but cannot guarantee an exact match as colours can vary when viewing on different internet browsers and devices.

Frida & Florence assumes no liability whatsoever for the accuracy, comprehensiveness or quality of the text provided. All content is subject to modification without prior notice. Frida & Florence reserves the right to modify, change, or remove part or all of the content on this Website, or to suspend or remove the Website entirely, without notice.

Online payment 

All online payments made to Frida & Florence are processed through Shopify payments and PayPal . Frida & Florence assumes no liability whatsoever for the availability and functionality of Shopify payments service. Shopify Payments complies with the Electronic Commerce Directive. We accept all major payment methods, including Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. 




Frida & Florence is not liable for unreceived goods unless you notify us of the problem by email within 14 days of purchase.  

If the jewelry you receive differ from that which you ordered, or it is damaged or faulty, or you receive an incorrect quantity, we assume no liability unless informed of the problem within 7 days of delivery. If you do notify us in accordance with this condition, we will take one or more of the following actions:  

Deliver the correct item; or  

Replace damaged or faulty jewelry; or 

Refund the amount paid by the customer by whichever means we choose.  

Except in the case of a legal obligation, we are not liable to the customer any loss, breakage or expense that arises out of any problem of which you notify us under these conditions. We are not liable to pay the customer any amount of money as compensation other than refund the amount originally paid for the goods.  

Once dispatched, Frida & Florence cannot be held responsible for any delays once in the possession of the courier or Royal Mail.  

These terms and conditions are intended to protect the customer as well as Frida & Florence, and nothing they contain is intended to limit consumer rights under relevant local laws. They are also not intended to limit our liability to the customer for any personal injury that occurs because of our negligence.
