A fee of £10 will be charged for the administrative labour costs incurred for this service. We will supply your information to you within 40 calendar days of your request. You may request the prompt deletion or correction of inconsistencies in any part of your data. All your data is stored in accordance with UK Law and only retained for the length of time deemed necessary or reasonable for the purpose for which it is used.  Any personal information collected about you will never be sold to third parties by Frida & Florence. All of our employees are contractually bound to uphold the confidentiality and privacy of all data we collect and adhere to the UK Jewellery Retail Codes of Conduct.

Frida & Florence does not store any of your financial information. But, like almost every business processing online payment, to successfully complete your purchase we require access to your credit/debit card number and expiry date, as well as further security information required by the card processor. We use Shopify as a trusted and reputable third-party hosting and payment processor in order to always protect the privacy and security of your data. Shopify uses a secure server to store all personal and payment details necessary for each transaction. 

  

We use Shopify also because they are PCI DSS compliant and are subject to regulation by Trustwave. We offer alternative methods of payment, such as PayPal and Apple Pay, giving you the freedom to choose your preferred service.
