Every Frida & Florence piece is made to last, checked by hand before it leaves our studio, and sent in gift-ready packaging. Because every order ships from Hong Kong, all sales are final, so we'll help you choose with confidence before you buy.

Before you order

Not sure about size or style? Email us at info@fridaandflorence.com and we'll reply within 1–2 working days. Our Ring Size Guide helps you find your fit, and every piece lists its materials and dimensions.

If something isn't right

If your piece arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or refund you, and there's no need to post anything back.

Buying a gift?

Our E-Gift Card arrives instantly and lets them choose their own piece.

This doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
