RETURN POLICY
30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- It must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused).
- It must have all original tags attached.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To begin a return, you can email us at info@fridaandflorence.com. Once your request is approved via email, securely package your jewelry. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund amount. You are responsible for covering the return shipping charges. We will only cover the costs related to return shipments if the return is due to a fault on behalf of Frida and Florence (e.g., incorrect item shipped or product defect).
Our refund will be processed within 3-5 working days after we receive and inspect the jewelry piece. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged. If you need to return or replace, we will take you through the next steps to do so.
